I have placed 17 calls to Independence Blue ross regarding bills they have been sending me. After speaking to them they have stated they received an application for Coverage through the health Insurance Marketplace.
The marketplace has no record of such applications. They have continued sending me bills for 6 months and will not cancel my policy until they get a canceled application from the Marketplace. Problem is consistent in that IBX can't find an application number nor can the Marketplace.
I am so tired of dealing with this issue week after week with no resolution. Do yourselves a favor and go with another insurance provider that can figure out what they are doing.
