I had a fall which damaged my face and teeth. They said see a dr in 24 hours. I went to the Er within a hour. The Dr wrote a order to see a dentist when my mouth healed. I did that .ins. co asked for the referer. Sent that. Asked for a exam. I sent them that. They will not answer my customer line now...it is blocked.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Called to try and get a quote, a gentlemen answered the phone and I tried to explain him my situation and told him I was pregnant and needed coverage asap. Instead of listening he interrupts me by playing the hold music WHILE IM TALKING and comes back on the line and says "ok... you either need to go through Medicaid or Healthcare.gov" and HANGS UP ON ME.

BCBS is horrible. Canceled coverage and still ran bank draft. After 2 weeks I still don't have my refund. Lied to many time from customer service. Premium to high and doctor would even accept it. Stay away.
