Yes absolutely. My husband switched from a Walmart that had Aetna to a Walmart that had BCBS. We had met our deductibles with Aetna and they were to carry over . They did not so I have called a few times a month since March. After several months of stressful phone calls, everything seemed to be fixed and we were even told that we would be reimbursed for what we had to pay during the change. Curious why customer service doesn't hold hours that best support the needs of their customers? 8 to 5pm sharp? Really?!? I work 0730 to 5pm at the earliest. M-F. You know what, pay your people exactly the same. Ask them to come in at 11am and work until 6pm. Give them an hour lunch paid. They'll still likely field more calls between 5 and 6 then they do between 8 and 10. This model used is surely set by management to best support the employee... Read more

Went to Cosco to fill a prescription and was told BCBS, my provider was charging me $32 for 90 day count on my prescription. When I asked the Cosco representative the price without using BCBS for 180 day supply of same prescription I was given a total price of $32. I hate this company. I pay 155 a month and they won't pay anything. They say routine checks are free. I had to pay a copay and since the doctor took blood they won't pay for I paid 100 percent of my bill. On top I must pay 2500 before they will cover anything. I have spent 2000 and they only have 100 out of pocket. Most corrupt company I know!

I have had at LEAST 6 computer generated (Robocalls) calls from BCBS. On each occasion I remained on the line until the robot stopped talking and pressed "1" to speak to a representative. When they answer I politely request that they remove this number from their call list, but on EACH AND EVERY occasion, they hang up before I can complete my request. I work third shift and they call at least once a day trying to sell me insurance. I said put me a the donot call list and they continue to call. In Wisconsin tella markers cannot call before 900am and they called thia morning at 845. I am ready to go to my lawyer and file a suit.... Barb.

Blue cross refused to approve Celebrex to reduce swelling and relieve pain after a bilateral knee replacement even after the surgeon personally called them - they want to to try cheaper drugs at my expense while I am in pain that we know are dangerous to my health. My friend has been hospitalized for over eight days and the insurance company has not shown interest in sending an updated Guarantee of Benefits form, even though they are aware that the patient will either be placed in jail or forced to stay in the hospital and wait even after being discharged (at her own expense, of course).
