BCBS MAKES THE PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE WAIT AND UNACCEPTABLE LONG TIME TO GET TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND WHEN YOU REACH SOMEONE THEY REROUTE THE CALL TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!...I REQUESTED AND AUTHORIZATION FOR A INPATIENT PROCEDURE, A FEW WEEKS PASSED BY, I CALLED TWICE AND WAS TOLD CASE WAS STILL PENDING... TO WHERE I HAD TO CHANGE THE SURGERY DATE.

I CALLED A FOURTH TIME AND THEY TOLD ME A HAD AND AUTHORIZATION, HOWEVER I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM AND BECAUSE OF THAT I HAD TO RESCHDULE THE SURGERY !!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

AS A PROVIDER THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Blue Cross And Blue Shield Association Cons: Worst, Extremely poor, Ridiculous lack of customer service, That such a simple thing became so ridiculous.
