I am appalled at the lack of urgency and compassion from BCBS regarding filling my son's preventative inhaler. I recently had to change pharmacies, per our new policy with BCBC, strike 1. I dropped off his current medication at the pharmacy, which had 2 refills left, only to find out 3 days later that they were waiting for a prior authorization for this prescription.
